Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chives chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  5. Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Top with sour cream and chopped chives before serving.
