Irish Egg Rolls Recipe
These Irish Egg Rolls are a fun twist on traditional egg rolls, filled with corned beef, cabbage, and Swiss cheese.

- 1 cup cooked corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 8 pieces egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the corned beef, cabbage, and Swiss cheese.
2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of the wrapper.
3. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Seal the edges with a bit of water.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
