Ingredients 

Ribs Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Place the ribs in the Instant Pot.
  3. 3. Add water, apple cider vinegar, and half of the BBQ sauce.
  4. 4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 25 minutes.
  5. 5. Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release.
  6. 6. Remove the ribs and brush with the remaining BBQ sauce.
  7. 7. Optional: Broil the ribs in the oven for 5 minutes for a caramelized finish.
