Quick and easy popcorn made in an Instant Pot.

- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- ½ cup Popcorn kernels
- to taste Salt
Set your Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode and let it heat up.
Add the vegetable oil and let it heat up for a minute.
Add the popcorn kernels and stir to coat them in the oil.
Cover the Instant Pot with a lid and let the kernels pop. Shake the pot occasionally to ensure even popping.
Once the popping slows down, turn off the Instant Pot and carefully remove the lid.
Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
