Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet. Add a generous amount of shredded cheese on top.
  4. 4. Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
  5. 5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove the sandwich from the skillet and sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese directly onto the skillet.
  7. 7. Place the sandwich back in the skillet on top of the cheese. Cook until the cheese on the outside is crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
