Main Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, peanut butter, garlic, lime juice, honey, coriander, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
Grill or broil skewers for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
