Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs skinless, bone-in
- 1 cup Yogurt plain
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, and all spices in a bowl.
Add chicken thighs to the marinade, coat well, and let it sit for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.
