Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs skinless, bone-in
  • 1 cup Yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, and all spices in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, coat well, and let it sit for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.
