Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Add chicken wings to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  4. 4. Place the marinated chicken wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5. Drizzle oil over the wings and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
