  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin cut into strips
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. 2. Dip beef strips in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. 4. Fry the coated beef strips in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
