Ingredients

  • 4 cups cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dill seeds
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.
  2. 2. Place cucumbers, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and garlic in a jar.
  3. 3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers in the jar.
  4. 4. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
