Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and cook until soft.
  3. 3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their juices.
  4. 4. Stir in the paprika and flour, and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Gradually add the chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly.
  6. 6. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Stir in the sour cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
