  • 10 pieces Red chili peppers stems removed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Let cool, then transfer to a bottle or jar.
