Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Spread the pizza sauce over the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese over the pizza sauce.
Top with chopped pepperoni, dried oregano, and dried basil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
