Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lump Crab Meat
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese divided
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crab meat, ¾ cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
