Instructions
1. In a saucepan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Cook until onion is translucent.
3. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve hot over your favorite hot dogs.
