Hot Brown Recipe
A classic open-faced sandwich with turkey, bacon, and a rich Mornay sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 8 slices Turkey breast cooked
- 8 slices Bacon cooked
- 4 slices Texas toast toasted
- 2 cups Mornay sauce see below
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the toasted Texas toast slices in a baking dish.
Top each slice with turkey and bacon.
Pour the Mornay sauce over the sandwiches.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
