Ingredients

  • 8 slices Turkey breast cooked
  • 8 slices Bacon cooked
  • 4 slices Texas toast toasted
  • 2 cups Mornay sauce see below
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the toasted Texas toast slices in a baking dish.
  3. Top each slice with turkey and bacon.
  4. Pour the Mornay sauce over the sandwiches.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
