Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sliced Black Olives
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Onions

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the package instructions.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer the cooked beef over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread the salsa over the beef layer.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the salsa.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
  11. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
