Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 14 oz can
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 10 oz package
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
  5. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
