  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 can Lump Crab Meat drained
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Add the artichoke hearts, crab meat, garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot with crackers or bread.
