Instructions
1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the mushrooms, bamboo shoots, tofu, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili paste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the soup thickens.
4. Add the white pepper and slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the soup.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
