Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Bamboo shoots, julienned
  • 1 cup Firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper
  • 2 pcs Eggs, beaten
  • 2 pcs Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the mushrooms, bamboo shoots, tofu, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili paste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the soup thickens.
  4. 4. Add the white pepper and slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the soup.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
