- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Prepared Horseradish drained
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
