Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dill seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Place cucumbers, horseradish, mustard seeds, and dill seeds in a jar.
  3. 3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the cucumbers in the jar.
  4. 4. Seal the jar and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
