- 2 cups raw almonds
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine honey and olive oil. Microwave for 15-20 seconds until warm.
Add almonds to the bowl and stir to coat evenly.
Spread almonds in a single layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
Let cool completely before serving.
