- ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
