Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 inch Ginger root sliced

Instructions 

  1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. Add sliced ginger to the boiling water.
  3. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into cups.
  5. Add honey and lemon juice to each cup. Stir well.
