Honey Glazed Carrots

- 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the carrots and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in the honey, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes until the carrots are tender and glazed.
4. Serve warm.
