Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skinless
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  3. 3. Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs.
  4. 4. Cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is tender.
  5. 5. Remove chicken thighs from the slow cooker and set aside.
  6. 6. Stir in the cornstarch mixture into the sauce in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
  7. 7. Return the chicken thighs to the slow cooker and coat with the sauce before serving.
