Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Ribs
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and black pepper.
  3. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and brush them with the honey garlic mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the remaining sauce.
  5. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
