- 2 lbs Pork Ribs
- ½ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and black pepper.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet and brush them with the honey garlic mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the remaining sauce.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
