- 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- ⅓ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
- 5 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
2. Season chicken thighs with black pepper.
3. Place chicken thighs in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook until the skin is crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Flip the chicken thighs and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
6. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken thighs and reduce the heat to medium. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.
