Main Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes and chopped onion to the skillet.
