Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup dried fruit chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and dried fruit.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars.
