Main Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup protein powder
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup dried fruit chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and dried fruit.
In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before cutting into bars.
