Ingredients

  • 3 lb Sirloin Tip Roast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Rub the sirloin tip roast with olive oil.
  3. Mix rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Rub the herb mixture all over the roast.
  5. Place the roast in a roasting pan.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (165°C) and continue roasting for about 75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  8. Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
