Herb-Crusted Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Lemon Butter Sauce
- 1 cup Butter unsalted
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and press the herb mixture onto the top of each fillet.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
While the salmon is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and fresh dill to the melted butter. Stir well to combine.
Once the salmon is done, drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the top and serve immediately.
