  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley, dill, and lemon juice.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush the herb mixture over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
