Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and olive oil.
  2. 2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread chicken, pineapple, and bell peppers onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
