Main Ingredients
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Pineapple juice
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Yeast active dry
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
2. In another bowl, mix pineapple juice, milk, melted butter, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Knead the dough until smooth.
4. Place dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Let the bread cool before slicing.
