Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pineapple juice
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Yeast active dry

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix pineapple juice, milk, melted butter, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Knead the dough until smooth.
  4. 4. Place dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. 6. Let the bread cool before slicing.
