Ingredients 

Crust

  • 3 cups shredded hash browns thawed and drained
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Filling

  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup ham diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine hash browns, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and olive oil. Press mixture into a pie dish to form a crust.
  3. Bake crust in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In another bowl, mix beaten eggs, milk, 1 cup cheddar cheese, diced ham, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour egg mixture into baked crust.
  6. Bake for another 25 minutes or until the filling is set.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
