Hash Brown Quiche Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make quiche with a crispy hash brown crust.

Crust
- 3 cups shredded hash browns thawed and drained
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Filling
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup ham diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine hash browns, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and olive oil. Press mixture into a pie dish to form a crust.
Bake crust in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
In another bowl, mix beaten eggs, milk, 1 cup cheddar cheese, diced ham, salt, and black pepper.
Pour egg mixture into baked crust.
Bake for another 25 minutes or until the filling is set.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
