Hash Brown and Egg Casserole Recipe

- 6 cups Frozen hash browns thawed
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Diced ham
- 8 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, cheese, and ham.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
