  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Using tongs, place one tortilla at a time into the hot oil. Fry for about 30 seconds until it starts to bubble.
  3. Flip the tortilla and fold it in half, holding it with tongs for another 30 seconds.
  4. Remove the shell and drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
