  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 package Egg noodles
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
  2. 2. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the sour cream and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
