Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until softened.
Sprinkle flour over the onions and stir well. Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
Return the patties to the skillet, spoon gravy over them, and simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
