Hamburger Soup Recipe
A hearty and comforting soup made with ground beef and vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 Carrots, sliced
- 3 Celery Stalks, sliced
- 3 cups Beef Broth
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Frozen Corn
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Stir in the frozen corn, salt, black pepper, dried basil, and dried oregano.
Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
