Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 Carrots, sliced
  • 3 Celery Stalks, sliced
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions 

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Stir in the frozen corn, salt, black pepper, dried basil, and dried oregano.
  4. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
