Hamburger Potato Casserole Recipe
A hearty and comforting casserole made with ground beef, potatoes, and cheese.

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 cups Potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and milk until well combined.
In a baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, then half of the ground beef mixture. Pour half of the soup mixture over the beef. Repeat layers.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
