Ham with Red Eye Gravy Recipe

- 4 slices Ham Thick-cut
- 1 cup Coffee Strong brewed
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
Add the ham slices and cook until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove the ham and set aside. Add the coffee to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits.
Let the coffee simmer for a few minutes to reduce slightly. Serve the ham with the gravy poured over.
