Ham Balls
- 1 lb Ground Ham
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg beaten
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 cup Water
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground ham, ground pork, bread crumbs, milk, and beaten egg. Mix well.
Shape mixture into balls and place in a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, and water. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
Pour sauce over ham balls.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, basting occasionally with sauce.
