Ingredients 

Ham Balls

  • 1 lb Ground Ham
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground ham, ground pork, bread crumbs, milk, and beaten egg. Mix well.
  3. Shape mixture into balls and place in a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, and water. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Pour sauce over ham balls.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, basting occasionally with sauce.
