Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup diced ham
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until well beaten.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
  3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook until they start to set.
  4. Sprinkle the ham and cheese over one half of the omelette.
  5. Fold the other half of the omelette over the filling and cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
