Ham and Bean Soup

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ham diced
- 2 cups Dried Beans soaked overnight
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the diced ham and cook for a few minutes.
3. Add the soaked beans, chicken broth, and water. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours, or until beans are tender.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
