Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Green onions cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Mixed seafood shrimp, squid, mussels
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
  2. Add green onions, mixed seafood, soy sauce, and salt to the batter. Stir to combine.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Cook until the bottom is golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining batter.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
