Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Ground pork
  • 1 Cabbage, finely chopped about 1 cup
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 package Gyoza wrappers
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add gyoza and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. 4. Add a splash of water to the pan and cover. Steam for about 5 minutes or until the water evaporates.
  5. 5. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
