- 2 cucumbers thinly sliced
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon dill chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the thinly sliced cucumbers and red onion to the bowl.
3. Toss everything together until the cucumbers are well coated.
4. Sprinkle chopped dill on top before serving.
